A journey through the sounds and stories of the Start Bay coastline, Devon, in the context of a changing climate…
Waves is a site-specific sound installation that contemplates the future of the South West’s most biodiverse yet most vulnerable coastlines.

Over Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd June Waves will be available for listening at Slapton Sands’ Slapton Memorial Carpark, along the Start Line (A379).

Made possible with Plymouth University’s Sustainable Earth Institute Creative Associate Award. Thanks to the Slapton Line Partnership, South Hams District Council, South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and all those who gave us some of their time to be interviewed. Thanks to them we fell in love with this unique part of England!
